Équipement industriel de nouvelle génération pour la fabrication de poudres par atomisation à électrode rotative plasma à grande vitesse (PREP)
Présentation des caractéristiques de l'équipement
The Next-Generation Industrial High-Speed Plasma Rotating Electrode Atomization Powder Manufacturing Equipment (GSTPR-N) is designed for the mass production of fine powders (15-53μm) of nickel-based superalloys and high-strength steels. This equipment enables continuous and stable production with Φ50mm and Φ75mm electrodes at speeds up to 30,000 rpm. It features high energy density with melting temperatures exceeding 2600℃, making it suitable for the preparation of various metal powders. Its compact design requires minimal floor space and simple installation conditions, meeting the demands of industrial-scale mass production.
Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) is a process in which plasma arcs and melts the end of a high-speed rotating electrode rod, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the electrode rod to throw out the molten metal and atomize it into fine droplets. The atomized metal droplets are condensed into spherical powders after heat exchange with the atmosphere.
Plasma Rotating Electrode Atomization Powdering (PREP) has unique process technology advantages. Together with atomization powdering methods (VIGA, EIGA, PA), it is one of the mainstream processes on the market. Plasma Rotating Electrode Powdering Technology is one of the important technologies for producing high-quality spherical metal powders. It uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the electrode to throw out the liquid film to form droplets, which are atomized and solidified into spherical powders in an inert atmosphere.
PREP technical advantages
1. High speed, high production efficiency, low cost, economical and reliable
2. High powder sphericity, low hollow rate, high purity
3. Good performance consistency and stability of batch powder
4. Meet the research and production needs of small batches and batches of various types of metal powders
Specific functional advantages of this equipment
