The pedestal main unit combines the water-cooling system, nanosecond pulsed fiber laser source, control software, safety interlocks, and laser output module into one compact platform, supporting PLC-based automation and stable production operation.
For internal pipe applications, the system can be equipped with a pipe inner wall laser cleaning robot module, which enables controlled laser cleaning inside pipes and helps address challenging areas such as grooves, weld seams, and recessed surfaces that often create “dead zones” for conventional cleaning methods.
