Le Greenstone Extra-Large Multi-Function Laser Metal Deposition (LMD/DED) System is an industrial-grade platform that integrates multiple manufacturing capabilities into one solution—purpose-built for large-scale direct deposition forming, gradient material manufacturing, component repair, et renforcement de la surface. With an ultra-large maximum build size of 2500 × 2500 × 1500 mm, it enables the production and restoration of oversized parts that are difficult or costly to manufacture using conventional methods.

Designed for heavy-duty metal powder environments, the system adopts a high dust-protection motion architecture, improving reliability in harsh production conditions. It also supports high-power deposition, enabling high-rate powder delivery, strong powder convergence, and efficient material utilization—helping users achieve stable output and consistent quality on large builds.

For safety and long-term stability, Greenstone integrates a fourth-generation explosion-proof and dust-purification system, featuring explosion-proof measures, source-level dust control, and convenient maintenance. In addition, a movable worktable design allows the workpiece to be transported in and out of the chamber, making external loading/unloading safer and more efficient—especially for large or heavy components.
