Metal+® series equipment consists of a three-axis (expandable fourth and fifth axes) motion mechanism built by an electric cylinder, an independently developed automatic powder feeder, a laser head, a nozzle, a motion control system, a water cooler, a laser, etc.

Cas d'application

The advanced metal series of Huirui high-throughput laser cladding equipment generally uses a three-axis rectangular coordinate system + a 2-axis turntable for its motion mechanism. It can realize the preparation of multiple materials and additive manufacturing on the material, and is suitable for net-shape forming and remanufacturing repair of products with high requirements for water and oxygen content and high added value, such as oil drilling tools, molds and other products. It can also be used for metal direct forming (3D printing) to manufacture new products.
