- Linear modules are used, with high motion accuracy, stable dynamic performance, compact structure and good maintainability;
- The linear motion axis and laser head are above the machine tool, the load does not change, and dust interference is avoided;
- The workbench has a large space, which can be used to place large parts to be repaired, and large turntables or positioners can be replaced;
- Motion control, lasers, powder feeders, etc. are all controlled by centralized programs, with high integration;
- Adopting a high-performance PC-based CNC system, the user interface is more friendly than traditional machine tool panels;
- The communication between the main equipment uses fieldbus, with high integration and low probability of failure;
- Depending on the application, it can be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as visual positioning and induction preheating.
Matching equipment
Metal+® series equipment consists of a three-axis (expandable fourth and fifth axes) motion mechanism built by an electric cylinder, an independently developed automatic powder feeder, a laser head, a nozzle, a motion control system, a water cooler, a laser, etc.

The advanced metal series of Huirui high-throughput laser cladding equipment generally uses a three-axis rectangular coordinate system + a 2-axis turntable for its motion mechanism. It can realize the preparation of multiple materials and additive manufacturing on the material, and is suitable for net-shape forming and remanufacturing repair of products with high requirements for water and oxygen content and high added value, such as oil drilling tools, molds and other products. It can also be used for metal direct forming (3D printing) to manufacture new products.
