Greenstone GST-LM Series Mobile Containerized Laser Cladding System (Unité de rechargement et de réusinage laser sur site)
Présentation des caractéristiques de l'équipement
Le Greenstone GST-LM Series Mobile Laser Cladding System is a containerized, vehicle-transportable laser cladding (laser metal deposition / laser hardfacing) solution built for on-site repair, remanufacturing, and wear-resistant coating applications. The system integrates the key modules required for laser cladding into a frame/container structure, making it easy to transport and deploy at customer facilities, maintenance yards, and remote job sites where large components cannot be conveniently moved back to a workshop.
Designed around 6–8 axis linked motion (multi-axis coordinated movement) and a movable robot motion system, the GST-LM Series supports stable cladding paths on complex surfaces such as shafts, rollers, rings, large housings, and irregular geometries. This mobile configuration helps users reduce downtime by performing repairs or surface enhancement directly on location—especially in industries like heavy equipment maintenance, mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding, power generation, and general industrial remanufacturing where productivity depends on fast turnaround.
With multiple power levels available, the GST-LM Series covers a broad range of on-site cladding needs—from localized wear repair to higher-efficiency deposition for larger areas—while keeping the workflow organized and repeatable through an industrial control architecture.
Mobile, on-site deployment (containerized structure)
Integrated in a frame/container layout for straightforward transport and rapid setup.
Ideal for field work and projects where component removal is difficult, expensive, or time-consuming.
6–8 axis coordinated motion for complex surfaces
Soutien 6–8 axis linkage motion, improving path flexibility for cladding on curved, cylindrical, and irregular workpieces.
Le movable robot motion system improves reach and adaptability in real maintenance environments.
Avoids disassembly & secondary assembly
The mobile design is intended to reduce the need for equipment disassembly and re-installation, helping maintenance teams shorten overall repair cycles and reduce handling risks.
Suitable for narrow spaces and jobsite constraints
Conçu pour on-site operations and confined-space work, improving practicality for factories, yards, and service locations with limited floor space.
Industrial-grade control platform & standard components
Electrical/control system specified as Siemens S7-1500, supporting industrial reliability and integration readiness (typical for automation environments).
Fiber delivery and cladding head configuration are standardized across the series for consistent maintenance and operation.
Configurable power range for different throughput needs
Series covers 1 kW to 4 kW laser power options, allowing customers to select based on material, deposition rate expectations, and job size.
