De Greenstone Large-Slideway Laser Remanufacturing System is an open-platform, heavy-duty solution designed for high-efficiency laser cladding, remanufacturing, and surface enhancement on large workpieces. Built around a robust slideway structure and high-load rotary worktable, it is optimized for processing large cylindrical parts and long components with demanding requirements for stability, positioning accuracy, and continuous production reliability.

Featuring an integrated system architecture, Greenstone can configure the platform according to different customer requirements by combining key modules such as the laser source, water cooling, deposition head, robot, rotary table, powder feeding system, and electrical control—enabling cladding on cylindrical surfaces, complex curved surfaces, and special-shaped geometries, while also supporting multi-function surface strengthening processes.
