Greenstone’s Heavy-Duty Gantry Laser Cladding System is a large-scale industrial laser cladding and surface remanufacturing solution specifically engineered for the repair, reinforcement, and additive restoration of heavy-duty components. Designed for oversized shafts, rollers, hydraulic cylinders, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, and energy-industry components, the system combines high-power laser processing, precision motion control, and automated cladding technology to deliver stable, high-efficiency surface enhancement and dimensional restoration.

The equipment features a high-rigidity gantry structure, large travel range, and intelligent CNC control system, enabling precise laser cladding on large workpieces with complex geometries. With high deposition efficiency, excellent coating consistency, and flexible material compatibility, the system supports iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based, and titanium alloy powders for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and surface strengthening applications.     The rotary spindle system supports high and low-speed processing with clamping lengths up to 3m, while optional positioners can support workpieces weighing up to 5 tons.
