The Greenstone G-iLAM® Universal Robotic Laser Cladding System is an advanced intelligent laser additive manufacturing platform designed for high-precision laser cladding, surface enhancement, remanufacturing, and metal additive repair applications. Built around a multi-axis industrial robot, the system delivers exceptional flexibility for processing complex geometries, irregular components, and non-standard industrial parts across a wide range of industries.
The equipment supports highly configurable robotic architectures and can be integrated with rotary positioners, turntables, linear slides, and multi-axis motion systems to meet different manufacturing and repair requirements. With intelligent motion control, precision powder feeding, stable laser processing, and expandable software architecture, the G-iLAM® system is ideal for aerospace, energy, oil & gas, mining, shipbuilding, heavy industry, mold manufacturing, and advanced metal processing applications requiring high-efficiency laser cladding and additive manufacturing capabilities.

- Compatible with internationally recognized industrial robot platforms, with arm spans ranging from 1m to 2.5m and payload capacities from 7kg to 70kg;
- High-precision motion control system with repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.03mm and laser power configurations from 2000W to 12000W;
- Open software and hardware architecture allows convenient upgrading, process expansion, and integration of customized manufacturing functions;
- Equipped with Greenstone’s precision laser cladding head, powder feeder, and nozzle system for accurate powder flow control, stable melt pool formation, and high-quality deposition results;
- Supports integration with slides, rotary tables, cradle positioners, and synchronized multi-axis systems to achieve high-precision processing of complex curved surfaces and large industrial components;
- Optional offline programming and slicing software can automatically generate robotic processing trajectories for complex workpieces and additive manufacturing applications;
- Optional coaxial visual monitoring system enables real-time observation of the repair zone and molten pool morphology during laser cladding operations;
- Suitable for laser cladding repair, surface strengthening, corrosion-resistant coatings, dimensional restoration, and metal additive manufacturing of high-value industrial parts.
