The Greenstone G-LAHW-60K Intelligent Robotic Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding System is a next-generation automated welding solution that combines high-power fiber laser technology with advanced arc welding processes to achieve deep penetration, high deposition efficiency, and superior welding quality in a single operation.

Designed for large-scale industrial fabrication, the system integrates a high-power fiber laser source, industrial robot, hybrid laser-arc welding head, servo-controlled linear track, intelligent welding software, industrial cooling system, centralized electrical control cabinet, and automatic process management platform into a fully automated production cell.

Unlike conventional arc welding, Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding simultaneously utilizes a focused laser beam and an electric arc, allowing both heat sources to complement each other during the welding process. The laser provides deep penetration and stable keyhole formation, while the arc supplies filler material, improves gap bridging capability, and enhances process stability.

The system supports intelligent welding parameter management, automatic seam tracking, robotic path planning, adaptive process adjustment, and continuous production, making it suitable for demanding heavy-duty fabrication requiring high productivity, low distortion, and consistent weld quality.

With laser power configurations from 6 kW up to 60 kW, G-LAHW-60K provides excellent flexibility for medium and ultra-heavy plate welding, large structural fabrication, and automated manufacturing environments.
