The transmission-type coaxial ring and needle-type laser cladding heads both utilize a direct-transmission optical path and can be equipped with ring-shaped powder nozzles or needle-type powder nozzles. These cladding heads are designed for small-batch production, multi-specification components, and cladding operations in narrow or confined spaces, making them essential core modules for medium- and low-power laser cladding applications.

The high-quality square or rectangular laser spot, combined with adjustable process parameters, enables precise control of melt-pool shape and heat-affected zones, ensuring excellent stability in cladding performance.
