Presentation of the equipment's characteristics
Aiming at the on-site repair of key parts and components of large high-end equipment, our company independently developed the MobiMRO® series of mobile laser cladding additive repair workstations. The overall space of the workstation is rationally arranged according to ergonomics, and the box adopts beams, brackets, lifting holes and other structures to ensure stability and safety during lifting and transportation.
Equipment features
- Ergonomic design, humanized overall space layout;
- Aisles are designed between the equipment cabin and the tool cabin to facilitate the operation, maintenance, and repair of workers in different cabins.
- Air conditioning and lighting facilities are installed in the cabin to ensure the working environment requirements.
- The workstation is equipped with a global monitoring device to ensure the normal operation of the processing operation.
Layout of equipment cabin and tool work cabin
The equipment cabin mainly stores: robot system, mobile trolley laser cladding equipment and auxiliary equipment.
- Water, electricity and gas interfaces are set on the rear side, which can realize input and output connection through cable joints, pipe joints, etc., and the on-site plug-in and unplug are convenient and fast.
- The cable joint can realize the power supply from the workshop to the workstation and from the workstation to the robot equipment.
- The water supply joint in the cabin is mainly used to output the water cooler pipeline in the workstation to the laser head and other equipment through the pipe joint, and the air supply interface mainly delivers the compressed air in the workstation to the powder feeder and other equipment.
- The equipment cabin is also designed with an optical fiber hanger to store and protect the optical fiber.
The tool work cabin is set up with 2 areas, mainly divided into the tool area and the work area.
Tool area: used to place tool cabinets, carts, ovens and auxiliary equipment such as adaptive grinding and polishing.
The tool area is designed with a 500kg suspension arm mechanism, which can realize the convenient installation and lifting of tooling, positioners, carts and other equipment.
Work area: for personnel to operate, work and rest, with air conditioning, lighting, ventilation facilities and 220V sockets.
The monitoring station can display the robot operation image (through the camera), molten pool status, processing parameters, etc. in real time, and can be remotely controlled.
Robot mobile lifting platform
The laser cladding robot with a mobile chassis can effectively solve the problem of mobile repair of worn workpieces on site.
- To facilitate robot transportation, the robot mobile lifting platform adopts a low-center-of-gravity universal wheel structure with brakes;
- For the requirements of non-rotating and segmented repair operations of large workpieces, the platform is equipped with a stable support, and the support height can be adjusted through threaded movement to overcome problems such as uneven ground, ensuring the robot’s stable and efficient repair operation.
