LC2830-GST High-Power Galvo Scanner (30 mm Laser Input Aperture, Water-Cooled, XY2-100, for 3000 W Fiber Lasers)
Presentation of the equipment's characteristics
The LC2830-GST High-Power Galvo Scanner is engineered for demanding, high-power laser applications where stable operation and strong anti-interference performance are critical. Designed to work with up to 3000 W continuous-wave (CW) fiber lasers, it supports a 30 mm laser input aperture and offers high precision, fast response, and reliable long-term stability.
To match different laser sources, the system can be configured according to the laser’s divergence angle with the appropriate QBH beam expander/collimation module and a high-power quartz F-theta field lens, helping deliver consistent scanning performance in industrial environments.
Differential photoelectric position sensing (high precision feedback)
Uses a differential photoelectric sensor to precisely detect rotor position, delivering excellent linearity, low drift, high resolution, and high repeat positioning accuracy.Optimized load design for 30 mm mirrors
Precision load design for 30 mm scan mirrors, with high motor assembly accuracy and a robust mechanical layout. Low static friction and reduced zero-position drift support strong dynamic performance.Built-in position & speed over-limit monitoring
Driver includes position and speed limit detection to significantly improve dynamic response performance and scan speed.Comprehensive protection for reliable operation
Supports overload, overcurrent, and reverse-polarity protection, improving system safety and uptime.EMC-optimized design (strong anti-interference)
Full system electromagnetic compatibility optimization delivers high signal integrity and excellent resistance to electrical noise—ideal for industrial production lines.
