Equipment advantages
- The equipment consists of a base part, a spindle part, a tailstock part, a three-axis linear coordinate motion part, a laser, a water cooler, a powder feeder, a linear spot laser head, and an electrical control system.
- Stable coating process: The laser broadband cladding technology developed by Huirui has obtained a stable coating process suitable for the production of hydraulic props through a series of tests and process optimization.
- The casting bed is adopted, the mechanical structure has good rigidity, and the equipment has high stability. The spindle is driven by a servo motor, the high-precision reducer has stepless speed change, and the low-speed stability is good; the moving part is directly driven by a servo motor with high transmission accuracy.
- The operation is simple, fast and easy to maintain.
