The Greenstone GSTN-C46K Coaxial 4-Jet Laser Cladding Nozzle is engineered for 1–6kW laser cladding, Directed Energy Deposition (DED), laser metal deposition (LMD), and laser additive manufacturing applications requiring stable powder delivery and excellent coating consistency.

Its four symmetrically arranged powder channels create a balanced powder flow toward the melt pool, providing uniform material distribution while maintaining high deposition quality. Compared with conventional multi-point powder feeding systems, the 4-jet configuration offers excellent process stability with reduced sensitivity to travel direction.

Designed with a fully integrated internal water-cooling structure, the nozzle maintains stable operating temperatures during continuous high-power processing. The optimized copper body provides excellent thermal conductivity, improving component lifetime while minimizing thermal deformation.

The nozzle adopts a threaded interface for convenient installation and maintenance and supports a powder channel diameter of Ø1.2–1.5 mm, making it suitable for medium- and large-spot laser cladding applications in repair, remanufacturing, and surface enhancement.
