The Greenstone GSTN-CR12K Coaxial Annular Laser Cladding Nozzle is designed for 1–12kW laser cladding, precision DED, laser metal deposition, and additive manufacturing requiring highly concentrated and uniform powder delivery.
Unlike multi-jet powder feeding systems, the annular coaxial structure forms a continuous circular powder stream surrounding the laser beam. This produces excellent powder symmetry, high powder utilization, and stable deposition quality, making it particularly suitable for precision cladding and thin-wall deposition.
The nozzle incorporates a fully enclosed internal water-cooling structure for effective thermal management under continuous operation. Its compact design enables excellent accessibility in confined processing areas while maintaining outstanding coating consistency.
The annular powder outlet width is 1 mm, providing high powder concentration and excellent process stability for precision industrial applications.
