The Greenstone GSTN-C612K Coaxial 6-Jet Laser Cladding Nozzle is designed for 1–12kW high-power laser cladding and Directed Energy Deposition (DED) where high powder utilization, process stability, and precise deposition are essential.
Its six uniformly distributed powder streams generate a highly symmetrical powder cone, producing consistent powder concentration regardless of travel direction. The optimized flow field enhances melt pool stability and improves coating uniformity while supporting higher deposition efficiency than conventional four-channel designs.
The nozzle incorporates a full internal water-cooling system for efficient heat dissipation during extended operation. Manufactured from high-conductivity copper, it delivers outstanding thermal performance and maintains stable powder flow under demanding industrial production conditions.
Supporting Ø1.2–1.5 mm powder channels, the GSTN-C612K is suitable for precision cladding, medium-spot deposition, and high-quality additive manufacturing across a wide range of engineering materials.
