This equipment is widely used in aluminum alloy oxide cleaning before welding, battery tray weld cleaning, railway bogie weld inspection preparation, automotive sheet metal refurbishment, and precision cleaning of grooves, holes, and complex workpieces that are difficult to access using traditional mechanical methods. This series of products is mainly used for cleaning pollutants such as local rust, paint, coating, oil, oxide film, etc. on various metal surfaces. It can also be used for cleaning the surfaces of non-metallic substrates such as ceramics, glass, and composite materials. Typical application scenarios include cleaning of natural oxide film before aluminum alloy welding, cleaning of black and gray oxide after battery tray welding, cleaning before flaw detection of train bogie welds, cleaning before renovation of automobile sheet metal parts, and cleaning of small holes and grooves of steel components that cannot be reached by wire brushes.
