Customized development of high-power composite laser heads, more suitable for cleaning complex structures such as gearboxes. Directed development of dust removal and filtration systems to absorb lasers and remove smoke generated instantly during cleaning. Three-level interlocking, when personnel enter the room, each laser and power component disconnects the main power. A paint layer of 600um can be cleaned, and it only takes 75 minutes to clean a set of gearboxes.
This system is a customized system, and the parameters need to be newly designed and configured according to actual needs to meet the user’s actual laser cleaning needs.
