The platform-type laser welding machine is a high-precision welding device suitable for stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and other metal materials. It offers a power range of 1000W-6000W to meet different welding needs. The machine has a travel range of 500300300mm and can be customized according to actual product requirements.
The welding gap requirement is ≤2mm, with a maximum welding depth of 2mm-6mm for stainless steel/iron and 1mm-4mm for aluminum. This equipment is ideal for high-precision welding applications, ensuring weld seam quality and processing efficiency.
Three electrical components and servo drives
It is equipped with electrical components and servo drives from first-line brands such as Schneider, SMC and LEAD-MOTION to ensure that the machine is stable, reliable and responsive in operation.
Fiber optic CNC system
Equipped with Windows operating system and fiber optic CNC system (Friendess system), it is powerful, user-friendly and easy to operate; CAD/CAM can be installed in industrial computers for drawing and programming in production, and minimize the consumption of raw materials.
Precision cooling Hanli water tank
Adopt precision cooling Hanli water tank to ensure constant temperature of the whole machine.
Fast welding speed
There is no depression at the joint between the raised part of the molten material in the molten pool and the base material! The welding speed is fast, 2-10 times faster than traditional welding, so one machine can save at least 2 welders per year. Good full-material welding effect.
