The GST 95mm Internal Bore Laser Quenching Head is designed for laser hardening (laser quenching) of internal cylindrical surfaces, enabling efficient heat treatment inside bores and tubes where conventional external hardening heads cannot reach.
With a slim and extended head structure, it is optimized for deep internal access while maintaining stable beam delivery and consistent hardening quality.

This model supports up to 4 kW laser power and provides rectangular beam spot options (10×2 and 15×2), making it suitable for internal bore hardening applications such as hydraulic cylinders, sleeves, bushings, and other precision tubular components.
