The Greenstone Open-Platform Large-Gantry Laser Remanufacturing System is designed for ultra-large component repair and surface enhancement, delivering a high-rigidity gantry architecture for stable, high-efficiency laser processing on oversized workpieces. Built to meet the needs of heavy industry and large-scale manufacturing, the system supports “one platform, multiple functions” and can perform laser-based operations on flat surfaces, complex curved surfaces, and irregular geometries.
Engineered as an open, configurable platform, Greenstone integrates key modules—laser source, cooling, deposition/processing head, robot, rotary platform, powder feeding system, and electrical control—based on specific customer requirements. This enables multi-process capability including laser cladding, surface strengthening, and related high-efficiency repair workflows, helping extend part life while reducing total maintenance cost.
The gantry structure is optimized for high stiffness and stable motion, offering comprehensive performance with efficient operation and a user-friendly workflow. With a very large motion stroke (X/Y/Z customizable) and compatibility with high-power lasers (6–20 kW), the system is ideal for remanufacturing and strengthening of large components in energy, marine, metallurgy, heavy equipment, and large industrial assets.
