The GREENSTONE GSTI Series Inner Hole Laser Cladding Optical Head is a specialized laser processing head designed for high-precision internal bore cladding applications. It is suitable for repairing and strengthening the inner surfaces of deep holes, blind holes, cylinders, hydraulic components, and other complex internal structures.

The laser head supports high-power fiber lasers and is compatible with mainstream laser systems through QBH, QD, and LLK fiber interfaces. By combining optimized optical paths with multi-specification powder feeding nozzles, it enables stable and efficient laser cladding inside narrow and deep cavities.

With advanced coaxial powder feeding technology, precise spot control, and internal cooling design, the GSTI series provides uniform coating thickness, excellent metallurgical bonding, and improved wear, corrosion, and fatigue resistance for critical industrial components.

The GSTI series is developed specifically for internal surface repair and coating applications, supporting laser cladding inside holes with diameters above 50 mm and inner hole depths up to 2 meters.

The optimized optical system ensures accurate laser spot positioning and stable powder deposition, enabling precise control of coating thickness and uniformity while improving the surface quality of repaired components.

3. Compatible with Multiple Laser Systems

The laser head supports mainstream fiber laser interfaces including QBH, QD, and LLK, allowing flexible integration with different laser sources and CNC processing platforms.

4. Efficient Internal Cooling Structure

The integrated spiral water cooling system provides effective heat dissipation during continuous operation, protecting optical components and extending the service life of the laser head.

5. Flexible Nozzle Configuration

Multiple nozzle specifications are available to meet different bore sizes and processing requirements. Optional CCD monitoring helps operators observe the molten pool condition and improve process control.

6. Automated CNC Integration Capability

The GSTI series can be integrated with multi-axis CNC systems to achieve automated laser cladding of complex internal cavity geometries, improving processing efficiency and repeatability.
