The GREENSTONE GSTS-HD Series High-Speed Laser Cladding Head is a high-performance processing head designed for high-speed laser cladding, powder-fed DED (Directed Energy Deposition), and precision metal additive manufacturing applications.

Supporting laser power from 6 kW to 8 kW, the GSTS-HD series is compatible with mainstream fiber lasers and semiconductor lasers. Through optimized optical path design and annular coaxial powder delivery technology, the laser head achieves efficient powder utilization, stable deposition performance, and high-quality cladding results.

The GSTS-HD series adopts a fully enclosed structure with IP65 protection, integrated internal dual water cooling, and modular nozzle configurations. The annular powder feeding design enables high powder delivery rates, making it especially suitable for high-speed laser cladding processes and large-area surface enhancement applications.

With flexible focal length options and optional CCD monitoring capability, the GSTS-HD laser cladding head provides reliable integration solutions for robotic systems, CNC platforms, and automated DED manufacturing equipment.
