The Greenstone GST Series 3D Galvo Remote Welding Control System is an industrial laser welding controller designed for 3D galvanometer (galvo) remote welding and flying welding applications. It can coordinate an external 3D scan head (galvo), fiber laser source, and external motion axes/robots to achieve high-speed, high-precision laser welding with real-time process feedback. Built for automotive and new energy production, the system supports complex welding scenarios such as busbar welding, sealing pin welding, car doors, and body-in-white (BIW) components. With multi-protocol industrial fieldbus compatibility and safety-oriented monitoring, the GST controller helps manufacturers improve productivity, reduce non-welding movement time, and maintain stable weld consistency in high-takt production lines.
