The Greenstone GST High-Speed CNC Laser Cladding System is a production-grade laser metal deposition (LMD) / laser cladding solution engineered for high-efficiency outer diameter (OD) and inner bore (ID) surfacing, restoration, and remanufacturing. Built on a 4-axis CNC linkage motion platform, the system delivers stable, repeatable cladding on cylindrical and tubular parts where dimensional control, bonding strength, and process consistency are critical. This makes it ideal for industries that demand fast turnaround on wear-prone components—such as shafts, rollers, sleeves, hydraulic parts, and other round parts requiring surface rebuilding or functional coating.

To match real market demand for higher throughput and reduced downtime, the system supports a high cladding line speed up to 60 m/min and provides adjustable deposition thickness to handle both thin functional layers and heavier restoration tasks. With a 3–5 m forming/processing range, the equipment is suitable for long workpieces and repair jobs that conventional manual welding or thermal spray methods struggle to finish efficiently.
