The GREENSTONE GSTS-LD Series Coaxial Laser Cladding Head is a compact and versatile processing head designed for powder-fed laser cladding, laser additive manufacturing, and DED (Directed Energy Deposition) applications.
The GSTS-LD series supports 4 kW and 6 kW laser power systems and is compatible with mainstream fiber lasers and semiconductor lasers. Through optimized optical path design and interchangeable powder delivery nozzles, the laser head provides stable laser energy transmission and efficient powder utilization for precision metal deposition.
Featuring a fully enclosed structure with IP65 protection, an integrated coaxial powder feeding design, and multiple nozzle configurations, the GSTS-LD laser cladding head is suitable for robotic laser cladding systems, CNC processing platforms, and customized metal additive manufacturing equipment.
