The GREENSTONE GSTS-60LD Coaxial Laser Cladding Head is a high-performance laser processing head designed for medium-power laser cladding, powder-fed DED (Directed Energy Deposition), and metal additive manufacturing applications.

Supporting up to 6kW laser power, the GSTS-60LD is compatible with mainstream fiber lasers and semiconductor lasers. Through optimized optical path design and coaxial powder feeding technology, the laser head achieves precise powder delivery, high material utilization efficiency, and stable metal deposition performance.

The GSTS-60LD features a fully enclosed IP65 protection structure, internal dual water cooling system, and flexible nozzle configurations. It provides reliable performance for industrial surface repair, wear-resistant coating, component remanufacturing, and 3D metal deposition applications.

With multiple optical configurations, laser interfaces, and optional CCD monitoring capability, the GSTS-60LD offers a flexible integration solution for robotic laser cladding systems, CNC platforms, and automated DED processing equipment.
