The GREENSTONE GSTS-120LQZ High Power Laser Hardening Head is a specialized laser processing head designed for laser surface hardening, laser transformation hardening, and precision heat treatment applications.

Supporting up to 12kW laser power, the GSTS-120LQZ provides high-energy laser delivery and optimized beam shaping technology for improving the surface hardness, wear resistance, and service life of metal components.

Through advanced optical shaping technology, the laser beam can be transformed from a conventional circular spot into customized rectangular or square heating patterns, enabling uniform energy distribution and stable hardening performance on different component geometries.

The laser hardening head integrates a high-performance copper optical mirror system, multi-layer optical protection structure, internal water cooling system, and precision adjustment mechanism. These features ensure stable laser transmission and reliable continuous operation under high-power industrial processing conditions.
