The GREENSTONE GSTS-120LD/T4-T8 High-Power Laser Cladding Head is an advanced laser processing head designed for high-power laser cladding, powder-fed DED (Directed Energy Deposition), and metal additive manufacturing applications.

Supporting up to 12kW laser power, the GSTS-120LD/T4-T8 is compatible with mainstream fiber lasers and semiconductor lasers. By integrating optimized optical components, multi-channel focusing powder delivery technology, and high-performance thermal management, the laser head provides stable laser transmission, efficient powder deposition, and excellent cladding quality.

The laser head features a full copper mirror optical structure, built-in water cooling circulation system, and coaxial airflow protection design, ensuring reliable operation under high-power laser processing conditions.

Equipped with interchangeable four-channel and eight-channel annular powder nozzles, the GSTS-120LD/T4-T8 enables flexible powder delivery configurations for wide-area cladding, high-efficiency deposition, and complex industrial component repair.
