The GREENSTONE GSTS-120LD/TH High-Power Laser Cladding Head is an advanced laser processing head designed for high-power laser cladding, powder-fed DED (Directed Energy Deposition), and metal additive manufacturing applications.

Supporting up to 12kW laser power, the GSTS-120LD/TH is compatible with mainstream fiber lasers and semiconductor lasers operating within the 900–1100nm wavelength range. Through optimized optical design, annular powder focusing technology, and high-performance thermal management, the laser head delivers stable laser transmission, concentrated powder deposition, and high-efficiency material utilization.

The GSTS-120LD/TH integrates a reflective copper mirror optical system, built-in water cooling circulation, optical focusing structure, and precision adjustment module. The annular nozzle design enables a more concentrated powder stream, improving deposition efficiency and cladding consistency during high-power processing.
