The GREENSTONE GSTS-LR Series High-Power Laser Cladding Head is an advanced processing head designed for high-power laser cladding, powder-fed DED (Directed Energy Deposition), and metal additive manufacturing applications.

The GSTS-LR series supports 10kW and 12kW laser power systems and is compatible with mainstream fiber lasers and semiconductor lasers. Through optimized optical design, multi-channel powder delivery technology, and high-performance thermal management, the laser head provides stable laser transmission, efficient powder utilization, and consistent deposition quality for demanding industrial applications.

Featuring a fully enclosed IP65 protection structure, all-copper optical components, internal dual water cooling, and coaxial gas protection design, the GSTS-LR series is engineered for long-term high-power laser processing operations.

With multiple nozzle configurations and optional CCD monitoring capability, the GSTS-LR laser cladding head provides a flexible solution for wide-area cladding, surface enhancement, repair, and 3D metal deposition applications.
