The Greenstone-Tech GQue Series offers customized laser hardening solutions, designed to meet diverse application needs. The equipment utilizes a single-mode six-axis robotic system, providing an arm span of 1800mm, 2000mm, or 3100mm, ensuring flexibility for different workpieces and tasks. The system is equipped with 3kW or 6kW semiconductor or fiber lasers, providing a wide range of spot sizes to meet various requirements. These include circular spot sizes (φ1-5mm) and rectangular spot sizes (12/15/20/30/40mm).
Additionally, the system can be paired with robotic sliding tables offering 3000mm to 5000mm travel, ensuring high precision with a repeatability accuracy of ±0.05mm and positioning speed of 20m/min. Powered by an AC380V/50Hz three-phase power supply, the GQue Series is designed for both medium to large-sized equipment for 5m×3m molds, as well as small to medium-sized devices suitable for workpieces under 1m×0.5m. The system is built with a modular design, high precision, stability, and supports offline programming and unmanned operation for optimized performance.

The GQue Series is equipped with a multi-axis control system and a remote control handle, enabling continuous trajectory data operations and flexible posture adjustments for large molds. This results in one-pass hardening of large workpieces, significantly improving processing efficiency. Compared to traditional hardening methods, laser hardening boosts the surface hardness of parts by over 2.5 times compared to the base material, drastically enhancing wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The system features a small heat-affected zone and minimal workpiece deformation, ensuring a low surface roughness for the final product. With its simple process, no noise, and no pollution, the GQue Series ensures an extended service life for components while offering modular design for easy installation and maintenance.
