GL2208-3D-100-GST Green Laser 3D Dynamic Focus Galvo Scanner (100×100 mm Field, 532 nm, for Precision Glass Drilling)

Presentation of the equipment's characteristics

The GL2208-3D-100-GST Green Laser Dynamic Focusing Galvo Scanner is designed for high-precision glass micro-drilling and fine processing with 532 nm green lasers. By using single-pulse, point-by-point interaction on the substrate, the laser focal spot follows a programmed path and scans rapidly across the glass surface—enabling high-accuracy drilling and clean processing results.

With a 3D dynamic focus (Z-axis) capability, this scanner head maintains optimal spot quality across depth changes, improving processing consistency and efficiency. It is well-suited for applications requiring small spot size, stable performance, and high yield in non-contact glass machining.

  • Optimized optical design for glass processing
Small spot size, compact structure, fast speed, high accuracy, and strong stability. Non-contact processing supports high yield, with glass drilling results that help reduce white edges and burrs around the hole area.

  • Large processing field + small hole capability
Supports a 100 × 100 mm working area and can process minimum hole diameter down to 0.5 mm. Capable of producing square holes, round holes, and custom-shaped holes (irregular geometries).

  • 3D dynamic focusing with precise focal control
Precisely controls the focal position. During 3D depth processing, the system automatically adjusts the Z-axis range to keep the spot optimized—supporting faster processing and finer detail quality.

  • MM3D software workflow (friendly and easy to use)
Supports importing multiple file types including vector graphics, bitmaps, text, and barcodes. Simple operation and fast onboarding for production use.

  • 3D model support + 2D projection onto built-in surfaces
Supports 3D model import. 2D graphics can be directly wrapped or projected onto commonly used built-in curved surfaces.

  • EMC-optimized system design
High signal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference performance for stable operation in industrial environments.
