External cylindrical laser cladding equipment (full protection version)Ultra-high-speed laser cladding composite processing additive system
Presentation of the equipment's characteristics
The C636A ultra-high-speed laser cladding composite processing additive system independently developed by our company is a composite equipment integrating turning, cladding and mirror processing. After one clamping and positioning, the shaft parts can sequentially complete the additive/subtractive process and mirror processing, avoiding the circular runout error problem caused by multiple clamping, and greatly improving the coating quality and production efficiency. The overall integration of the equipment is higher, the appearance is more beautiful, and the operability and reliability are higher. At the same time, it also effectively reduces the overflow of metal powder, more effectively protects the production environment, and is more conducive to the health of operators.
UHS-iCoating® Series
C636A Ultra-high-speed Laser Cladding Composite Processing Additive System
Equipment Features
- High processing efficiency: Hybrid manufacturing combined with turning and ultra-high-speed cladding can give full play to the efficiency advantage, so that after the parts are clamped and positioned once, multiple processes of additive and subtractive processing are combined to produce finished products at one time, avoiding unnecessary coaxiality and circular runout errors caused by repositioning, and greatly improving the quality and production efficiency of the coating.
- Stable coating process: The laser ultra-high-speed cladding technology developed by Huirui has obtained a stable coating process that can be used for actual production through a series of tests and process optimization.
- Multi-speed automatic debugging: There are three ways of high-speed cladding spindle transmission: one is single-speed ordinary spindle speed: 5-150 rpm; the second is single-speed low-speed spindle speed: 0.5-30 rpm; the third is automatic shifting multi-speed spindle speed: 0.5-150 rpm; it is suitable for both the operation requirements of low-speed large-diameter workpieces and the operation requirements of high-speed small-diameter workpieces.
- Hydraulic tail jack: The programmable adaptive hydraulic tail jack can adjust the hydraulic pressure to adjust the tightening force of the tailstock ejector pin according to different working conditions, and ensure constant pressure. It automatically expands and contracts with the thermal expansion and contraction of the workpiece to avoid deformation of the workpiece or damage to the equipment.
