The Ultra-High-Speed Coaxial Annular Powder-Feeding Laser Cladding Nozzle is purpose-built for high-precision laser cladding on demanding, tight-tolerance components. Constructed from high thermal conductivity copper (purple copper), the nozzle offers excellent heat dissipation, improving thermal stability during continuous cladding. Its fine and stable powder output helps form dense cladding layers with refined microstructure—ideal for precision surface enhancement, remanufacturing, and repair of high-value parts.
