The double barrel powder feeder is a product developed and produced by our company for conveying powdered materials. It is suitable for thermal spraying, laser cladding, 3D printing, semiconductor non-metallic powder conveying and other fields. Our double barrel powder feeder series includes double barrel standard version powder feeder, double barrel 5L powder feeder, double barrel stirring and heating powder feeder and double barrel dynamic weighing powder feeder. It has stable powder feeding and high powder feeding accuracy, and is a powerful auxiliary tool for users to achieve refined production.
The powder feeder is an air-borne powder feeder that uses carrier gas to transport powder. The powder feeder is mainly suitable for applications such as thermal spraying, laser cladding, 3D printing, and semiconductor non-metallic powder transportation. It is used to transport powdered materials. The powder particle diameter that our powder feeder can transport is about 20-300μm, and the powder delivery error is less than or equal to 1%. Inert gases such as argon, nitrogen, and helium are used as carrier gases.

1. High powder delivery accuracy: This carrier gas powder feeder uses a servo motor to power the turntable, the speed is stable and controllable, and the powder delivery accuracy error is ≦1%.

6. Powder feeding method: Powder is fed by carrier gas, or gravity feeding can be achieved through Huirui’s pressure relief valve.
7. Powder status is intuitively visible: transparent powder barrels and perspective windows can be used to more intuitively understand the use of powder and operating status.
8. Human-computer interaction: Human-computer interaction interface, surface parameters are visually set, and adjustment and control are convenient and fast.
