Greenstone-Tech customized online automated laser cleaning machines for tire molds are designed for high-efficiency, in-line mold maintenance in tire production. The system integrates a high-power pulsed fiber laser for stable output, combined with a high-precision rotary / lifting / telescopic mechanism and a multi-angle wide-scan cleaning head to achieve fast, uniform, no-dead-angle cleaning.
To improve accuracy and automation, the machine supports laser distance measurement or a 3D HD camera for automatic precise positioning and one-button cleaning. For safer operation and a cleaner workshop environment, it can be equipped with fire protection and fume extraction. Optional wireless AGV drive and high-precision track-following laser radar can further enhance mobility and site adaptability.
Typical applications: compatible with various curing press setups (hydraulic, mechanical, and mobile types), suitable for PCR and TBR tire molds, especially complex molds such as vent-hole structures and laser-engraved pattern molds.
