Greenstone-Tech customized offline automated laser cleaning equipment for tire molds integrates a high-power laser generator with a water-cooling unit for stable output, combined with a high-precision 6-axis robot and a multi-angle wide-scan laser cleaning head to achieve high-efficiency, no-dead-angle mold cleaning.

The system is equipped with a 3D HD camera for precise automatic positioning and supports demo/teach cleaning for fast program setup. Safety is enhanced with integrated fire protection and fume extraction. A dedicated mechanical design enables flexible material handling, supporting 3-station / 5-station transfer modes and optional AGV transport, making it suitable for diversified mold cleaning workflows.

It is widely applicable to PCR, TBR, and OTR tire molds, and performs especially well on molds that require deeper cleaning such as vent-hole mold structures and complex tread patterns.
