The GREENSTONE Coaxial Wire Feed Inner Hole Laser Cladding Head is a high-performance laser wire deposition module specifically engineered for large-diameter internal bore cladding and repair. Designed for inner diameters of 180 mm and above, it enables stable wire-fed laser deposition inside deep cylindrical components where conventional cladding heads cannot operate efficiently.

Featuring advanced coaxial wire feeding technology, the laser head provides excellent deposition consistency regardless of processing direction while maintaining high wire utilization and stable metallurgical bonding. Compatible with mainstream high-power fiber lasers, the system supports a wide range of engineering materials including stainless steels, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, titanium alloys, and other high-performance metals.
