LC1403WD-V-2000 Laser Cleaning Galvo Scan Head is a high-performance laser cleaning galvanometer scanner designed for stable, high-speed beam steering in industrial laser cleaning systems. It adopts a high-performance high-speed motor and supports a 12 mm input aperture, delivering fast scanning, high precision, compact size, and excellent stability.
This scan head features a self-developed spiral laser cleaning mode. Users can freely set spiral levels, scanning length, and scanning width to achieve more uniform cleaning results and reduce “zebra stripe” patterns commonly seen in traditional laser cleaning. With professional optical design using high-power quartz optics and a high-transmittance, large depth-of-focus field lens, plus water-cooling design, it is suitable for long-duration operation in high-power laser cleaning applications.
Typical applications include rust removal, paint stripping, oxide removal, surface preparation, and industrial maintenance cleaning where consistent beam scanning and reliable performance are required.
