2D Downward Water-Cooled High-Power 1064nm Fiber Laser Cleaning Head (QBH), 0–300mm Scan, for Rust Removal, Paint Stripping, Mold Cleaning & Robotic/Handheld Surface Treatment
Presentation of the equipment's characteristics
Greenstone-Tech 2D Downward Water-Cooled High-Power Laser Cleaning Head (GST-QBDXOP2000) is a compact, lightweight laser cleaning execution unit designed for industrial-grade surface treatment. Built with an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy integrated housing, it is engineered to withstand harsh environments such as dust, water mist, and workshop debris. The optical system uses imported quartz materials with high-transmittance, anti-reflection and anti-contamination coatings for stable, long-term operation.
This laser cleaning head supports handheld use and robotic/automation integration, enabling fast deployment for continuous production lines and flexible on-site cleaning. With adjustable optics (focus adjustment range 50–300 mm) and multi-mode spot options (point / line / surface), it can optimize energy density for different substrates (metal, ceramics, plastics, stone) to reduce thermal impact and avoid base material damage. Some high-end configurations support motorized focusing and auto-focus with response speed ≤ 0.1 s for complex curves and irregular surfaces.
Typical applications include: rust removal, oil/grease cleaning, weld pre-treatment, paint stripping before spraying, mold cleaning, stainless steel and aluminum oxide removal, PCB weld residue cleaning, semiconductor surface contaminant removal, cultural heritage restoration cleaning, automotive/aerospace paint & glue removal, engine carbon cleaning, and maintenance cleaning for steel structures, concrete, and glass façades.
2D downward scanning design for efficient coverage and stable cleaning on complex surfaces
High-power capability (up to ≤2000W) for demanding rust removal, paint stripping, and heavy-duty industrial cleaning
Water-cooled thermal management for improved stability in continuous operation
Compact & lightweight build (portable and automation-ready) for handheld or robotic integration
Aerospace-grade aluminum alloy integrated housing for durability in harsh environments (dust/water mist)
Quartz optics with protective coatings (high transmission, anti-reflection, anti-fouling) for reliability and lower maintenance
Adjustable working optics with multi-mode output (point/line/surface) to match different materials and cleaning tasks
Optional motorized focus + auto-focus (≤0.1s response) for irregular, curved, or complex workpieces
Optimized energy density control to reduce substrate overheating and minimize base-material damage
