The equipment features a high-rigidity gantry structure, large travel range, and intelligent CNC control system, enabling precise laser cladding on large workpieces with complex geometries. With high deposition efficiency, excellent coating consistency, and flexible material compatibility, the system supports iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based, and titanium alloy powders for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and surface strengthening applications.
