The Greenstone-Tech GAS 400H Additive-Subtractive Hybrid Machining Center utilizes a five-axis motion system, offering a 3-axis travel range of 400×200×300mm and a Φ170mm diameter worktable. The machine supports workpiece load capacities of 60kg horizontally and 40kg vertically. It integrates a 3.7kW spindle system (BT30 taper) with 1-3kW laser processing modules, allowing seamless switching between additive manufacturing and subtractive machining on the same equipment. Its compact design optimizes limited floor space while incorporating comprehensive manufacturing capabilities. The system’s side-axis processing layout ensures that both processes do not interfere with each other, enabling efficient transitions between the two.
