Using special alloy powders such as Inconel 625, Stellite 6, and WC-Co, combined with coaxial powder feeding + multi-axis linkage CNC system, 0.1mm-level precision cladding is achieved, the heat-affected zone is ≤0.3mm, and the bonding strength is ≥400MPa (reaching more than 95% of the substrate), which completely solves the problems of easy peeling of traditional electroplating layers and high porosity of thermal spraying.
