Ten Greenstone GST Series Wobble Laser Welding System is an oscillating (wobble) laser welding solution designed to improve weld stability and gap-bridging performance in automotive and industrial production. By adding a dedicated wobble oscillation module inside the welding head, the system expands the effective weld width and energy distribution, enabling reliable high-quality welding even when part fit-up, seam offset, or gap conditions are not perfect. The GST wobble system is easy to integrate with robot welding cells and can be combined with machine vision, wire feeding, and seam tracking to meet different body-in-white (BIW) process requirements. Typical applications include hood, doors, trunk lids, and side panels, supporting today’s market demand for faster cycle time, higher consistency, and lower rework.

Highly Integratable for Automated Lines: Designed for easy integration with robots and production lines; external control only needs the required power supply, control signals, and safety loop, simplifying commissioning.
Multiple Process Combinations: Can be configured with vision positioning, wire feeding, and 2D/3D seam tracking, enabling flexible solutions for different BIW welding tasks.
Flexible Wobble Patterns for Quality Optimization: Supports multiple oscillation patterns (e.g., circular, linear, “1”-shape, “Z”-shape, figure-8, etc.) to improve weld appearance, penetration stability, and spatter control across different joints.
Single-Side Laser Welding Capability: Supports single-side welding processes and optional coaxial visual correction to improve seam position consistency—valuable for high-volume automotive welding where repeatability is critical.
