  1. Forming size of 200×200×450mm, fully leveraging the advantages of electron beam stacking printing.
  2. 6kW electron gun power, capable of rapidly preheating a 200×200mm forming area to 1100℃, significantly improving printing efficiency.
  3. Minimum beam spot diameter ≤200μm, meeting the demand for more precise and detailed printing of parts.
  4. Cathode lifespan >500 hours, supporting the continuous long-time printing required for large-sized parts or batch production.
  5. Electron gun cathode and auxiliary cathode are both made of tungsten, providing high durability and enabling cost-effective part manufacturing.
  6. Variable energy density preheating technology ensures uniform heating temperatures within the forming area, including the substrate and powder bed.
  7. Utilizes downward powder feeding technology with real-time powder quality monitoring, improving powder collection and spreading accuracy and stability while reducing the requirements for powder flowability during printing.
  8. Vacuum environment printing results in minimal oxygen increment, purer parts, greater design freedom, fewer supports, and no need for post-heat treatment.
