It supports dual energy sources (laser + arc), enabling users to choose the most efficient process route for different parts, materials, and deposition targets. Compared with conventional laser powder-fed additive forming, it can deliver 3–5× higher efficiency (application-dependent), making it ideal for time-sensitive and large-volume manufacturing tasks.
For stable and repeatable results, the system can be configured with high thermal-stability processing modules and fast tool change capability, enabling true additive–subtractive hybrid workflows (build → machine → finish) within one integrated setup. The intelligent control layer supports melt pool dynamic closed-loop feedback, fault diagnosis and early warninga full process traceability, helping users improve consistency, reduce rework, and meet demanding quality requirements.
