Greenstone-Tech cho phép tùy chỉnh online automated laser cleaning system for flat molds, designed to remove common mold surface contaminants such as release agents, oil stains, rubber residue, carbon deposits, and rust. The system enables “clean immediately after production” without disassembly, helping reduce downtime and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.

Được trang bị high-precision distance measurement, 4-point positioning, và one-button automatic programming/cleaning, it supports fully automated cleaning for upper/lower moldsmulti-layer upper-lower mold setups.
