By combining a 6–8 axis linkage motion concept (robotic multi-axis operation) with a stable industrial integration platform, this system enables precise laser scanning and controlled heat input across mold steels and complex curved surfaces, where traditional flame/induction hardening may struggle with accessibility, distortion risk, or repeatability.

In real manufacturing and remanufacturing markets—especially tooling, die & mold, and complex mechanical components—customers demand repeatable hardness depth, minimal deformation, and high efficiency without heavy post-processing.
